PURPOSE: A communication terminal for intermediating cargo transportation and a system thereof are provided to intermediate cargo transportation through a direction transaction between a cargo owner and a car owner, thereby obtaining cargo information suitable for a schedule of the car owner. CONSTITUTION: A cargo information management unit(110) stores and manages information of cargo. A data communication unit(120) transmits and receives information with a car terminal(200). The data communication unit transmits the cargo information to the car terminal. When the car terminal transmits a signal for requesting a contact unit of a cargo owner corresponding to the cargo information, the data communication unit provides the contact unit for communication with the cargo owner to the car terminal.
