SAFETY SUPERVISION SYSTEM IN CRANE WORK AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A safety management system and method for a crane work is provided to prevent a worker from colliding with a crane or a product transported by the crane since the position of the worker is automatically sensed. CONSTITUTION: A safety management system and method for a crane work comprises a wireless tag(110), a wireless tag recognizing unit(120) and a controller(130). The wireless tag is installed on one of a worker and a crane component, which moves at the same speed and in the same direction to the product, which is transported by the crane. The wireless tag recognizing unit is installed on the other of the worker and the cane component and determines whether the wireless tag is located within a communication enabling distance. If yes, the crane is controlled and a predetermined work is performed.
