The present invention refers to the technical field of bottle stoppers, mainly to stoppers for preventing bottles from being refilled with adulterated beverages after the original beverage has been consumed. The stopper of the present invention includes an element that is attached to the bottle in a removable manner, so that the bottle would be broken in case the stopper is removed, thereby avoiding refilling the bottles with adulterated beverages since once the content of the bottle is consumed it must be disposed of along with the cap; the stopper comprises a gasket located at the edge of the bottle neck, a band for permanently attaching the gasket to the bottle; a driving disc within the gasket; an obturating structure under the driving disc and in contact therewith; a retention carrier for housing the obturating device which is fit in an hermetical manner to the inner portion of the bottle neck, also including a cover fixed at the upper portion of the gasket for obtaining an herme tical sealing action.
