ASSEMBLING METHOD OF SWASH PLATE AND ROTATING SHAFT FOR COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: An assembling method of a swash plate and rotating a shaft for a compressor is provided to combine a rotary shaft to a plate by forming a concave-convex region on the outside of the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A concavo-convex region is molded in the surface of an assembling part(141) of a rotary shaft(140). A plate(142) is heated to expand the inner diameter of an assembling hole of the plate. The rotary shaft is inserted into the assembling part so that the assembling part is pressed to be inserted into the assembling hole. The average roughness of the concave-convex is 0.3-2 micrometer. The outer diameter of the assembling part is larger than the inner diameter of the assembling hole on the plate by 60-80 micrometer.
