FILTRATION EQUIPMENT FOR REDUCING THE TRANSMISSION OF VIRUSES AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing water-borne virus which is infectious in the water is provided to remove virus without interference of water flow and to reduce viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing water-borne virus contained in a solution comprises a nickel filter unit(120) and a cartridge part(130) with silver. The apparatus further comprises a pipe(140) through which solution flows and a pressurizing pump(110) which passes solution to the nickel filter unit and cartridge unit. Virus is removed from solution containing virus by passing the nickel filter unit. The virus contained in the solution is rhino virus, enterovirus or rotavirus.
