PURPOSE: A glass substrate attaching system is provided to reduce the size of an installation space and costs by performing attaching processes using a film-binding method and a binding-liquid method with one device. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate attaching system comprises the following: a lower stage(100) supporting a lower glass substrate; an upper stage(200) supporting an upper substrate; a first transfer robot(410) and a second transfer robot(420) transferring the lower and upper stages; an aligning unit(300) locating the lower and upper substrates on a binding position; a plasma washing unit(500) spraying plasma to the binding surface of the upper substrate to wash a surface; a dispensing unit(600) spreading an adhesive solution to the binding surface; a pressing unit(700) pressing the upper stage on the binding position; and a controlling unit(800) for the robots.
