PURPOSE: A radio modem device for preventing accidents due to an overheating terminal device is provided to transmit an overheating signal to a user when the terminal device is overheating. CONSTITUTION: A USB(Universal Serial Bus) connector(110) is included in one side of a main body. The USB connector is formed in a USB port of a terminal device. A heat sensing unit(123) is included inside the main body. The heat sensing unit senses the overheating of the terminal device. A display unit(121) transfers the an overheating signal of the terminal device sensed in the thermal sensor to the user.
