PURPOSE: A folding opening and closing device for a console of a vehicle is provided to cancel the open state of folding by turning upward the folding. CONSTITUTION: A folding opening and closing device for a console of a vehicle comprises a console box(100), a folding(200), and an opening/closing member. The console box has a concave part(100a) upon one side. The folding is accepted to the concave part of the console box. The oxidation double side of the folding is anchored using a hinge. The opening/closing member has a turning plate(310).
