PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and shutting a vinyl of a green house is provided to reduce the raw material cost and maintenance cost by enabling the attachment or detachment of a disposable component to and from the green house. CONSTITUTION: A housing has a driving unit at one side thereof, and includes a sun gear(230) at the other side thereof. Plural planetary gears(240) are installed inside the housing, and a rotating ring gear unit(260) is selectively attached and detached from the housing and rotates with a driving output shaft. A fixed ring gear unit(250) is engaged with the planetary gears, and a housing cover covers the opening portion of the housing.
