PURPOSE: A voltage balancing device for a battery cell is provided to minimize the voltage difference between battery cells by connecting the battery cells forming a battery module in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A voltage balancing device(100) for a battery cell for minimizing the voltage difference between battery cells comprises the following: an insulating main body(200) including partitions(210) for mounting more than two battery cells; terminal connection units(310,320) located on both end of the insulating main body; and a width control unit(500) changeably controlling the width of the partitions for electrically connecting electrode terminals of the batter cell.
