PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing location information of a mobile terminal in order to confirm the location information of the mobile terminal by using another mobile terminal are provided to transmit the image photographed by the mobile terminal to the other mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A location information providing server(150) confirms location information of a first mobile terminal. A loss terminal management server(140) accumulates location information of the first mobile terminal through the location information providing server. The loss terminal management server generates the movement route information of the first mobile terminal. A message service center(160) transmits the movement route information of the first mobile terminal.
