PURPOSE: A circuit board module for an LED electric indication device and the led electric indication device is provided to the life span of a sign board by minimizing the failure of an LED sing board. CONSTITUTION: An LED substrate(101) has an LED pixel in a row and column. Vents are formed along the regions between the row and column of the LED. A support frame(110) has support frame vents at places corresponding to the vents to mount the LED substrate. A filling agent is filled into the support frame to form a coated layer on the surface of the LED substrate.
