PURPOSE: A device for mounting a floorcloth, which is used to clean a floor, and a mop utilizing the same are provided to prevent the proliferating of bacteria in a mop by supplying an antimicrobial agent the mop. CONSTITUTION: A device for mounting a floorcloth comprises a mop mounting body(110) and an antimicrobial agent container. The antimicrobial agent container supplies an antimicrobial agent to the mop mounted on the mop mounting body through a stick(150). The antimicrobial agent container is mounted on the antimicrobial agent container and has an antimicrobial agent discharge hole(164) which is connected to outside.
