PURPOSE: A locking and locking release apparatus of a reception type seat is provided, which can successively draw each seat of a reception type seat. CONSTITUTION: A locking and locking release apparatus of a reception type seat comprises: a locking part(110) in which a formed latching member formed on each seat is hung and fixed to a plurality of fixed bars of a perpendicular frame of the fixed seat; and a locking release part(120) capable of releasing locking by drawing a lever and successively drawing seats by release of locking.
