#CMT# #/CMT# The unit has an oblong form-lining (1) partially made of a light-weight construction material. Two profiles (4) are attached to the form-lining in a longitudinal direction and formed as a bend or angled plate or an extruded plastic. Fixing units are attached to the profiles, where the form-lining includes a layer (2) that is made of light-weight construction material. Another layer is made of a casting compound i.e. self-compressed and highly-pourable concrete (3), and cast on the layer. The profile is partially molded in the casting compound. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Ceiling edge formwork unit for sheathing at front sides during production of cast concrete pavements. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The layer consisting of the casting compound i.e. self-compressed and highly-pourable concrete, is cast on the layer, and the profile is partially molded in the casting compound, thus enabling simple and economical manufacturing of the formwork unit.
