PURPOSE: A radiating member and a manufacturing apparatus of the same are provided to improve the utilization of a heating plate by changing the size and shape of a heating plate according to the heating source. CONSTITUTION: A radiation member includes a plurality of radiation fins(110), a plurality of inner folded portions, and a plurality of outer folded portions(130). The plural radiation fins are arranged along the columnar direction of the heat source. A plurality of penetration holes(111) is formed on the cooling pin. An inner folded unit is formed on the inside wall of cooling fin. The inner folded unit has a first setting width. The outer folded unit is formed on the outside of the cooling fin. The outer folded unit has a second setting width more than a fist setting width. |
