Sintered ceramic product comprises a granulate bound by a nitrogenous matrix. At least one anti-dusting agent chosen from calcium and boron is present in a superficial layer of the product. The content of the assembly of anti-dusting agents in this superficial layer is greater than that measured in the underlying material. An independent claim is also included for the fabrication of this sintered ceramic product.
