Multilayered drink, comprises adjacent layers having a difference in density of 0.4-10 kg/m 3>, and that each layer contains at least one hydrocolloid. An independent claim is included for a method for the manufacture of the multilayered drink comprising mixing separately several layers with the hydrocolloid, where one of these layers is filled into a container, subsequently adding the adjacent layer by metered addition by means of a filling device, and optionally adding at least one further layer by metered addition in the same manner.
