<p>The present invention provides a pretreatment method for lignocellulosic biomass, including a step of preparing a hydrolysate from lignocellulosic biomass, a step of injecting enzymes to the hydrolysate to polymerize fermentation inhibitory compounds, a step of precipitating the polymerized fermentation inhibitory compounds from the hydrolysate, a step of removing the precipitate, and a step of fermenting the hydrolysate where the precipitate is removed, and provides a method for producing a biofuel using the same. The pretreatment method for lignocellulosic biomass and a method for producing a biofuel using the same of the present invention can improve the yield rate of fermentation without a loss of sugar through non-toxic pre-treatment processes.</p> |
