PURPOSE: An environment-friendly lead free polyvinylchloride-based duct, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the harmlessness to the human body, the thermal stability, and the bleeding property. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly lead free polyvinylchloride-based duct contains 100 parts of polyvinylchloride system resin by weight, 2~12 parts of heat-proof stabilizer by weight, 20~60 parts of filler by weight, and 0.05~2 parts of lubricant by weight. The heat-proof stabilizer includes 35~60 parts of magnesium aluminum hydroxy carbonate by weight, 10~25 parts of zinc stearate by weight, 5~20 parts of calcium stearate by weight, 0.5~10 parts of processing aid by weight, 3~30 parts of antioxidant by weight, and 1~15 parts of wax by weight.
