PURPOSE: A pump callable of moving living small fishes without damage is provided to improve a survival rate of fishes by minimizing damage to the fishes and to improve pump efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A pump callable of moving living small fishes without damage comprises an impeller(100), a drive motor, and a housing. The drive motor rotates the impeller. The housing has a suction unit and an exhaust unit. The impeller is formed in a plate disc shape and has a frictional force reinforcing member(110). The frictional force reinforcing member has a sand paper shape.
