PURPOSE: A ball mill with a guide plate is provided to enhance the crushing efficiency by minimizing the impact during the collision of a ball and a guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A ball mill with a guide plate includes a curved guide plate(8) at a cylindrical drum(15) to perform crushing operation due to the influence of the curved guide plate through the rotation of the drum. The curved guide plate is shaped in curve line to maximize the crushing efficiency and minimize the impact between a ball(5) and the curved guide plate. The curved guide plate is able to adjust the closing position of the ball and the curved guide plate through a guide angle adjustment bar(16).
