The carrier (1) has a compaction shovel (9) displaced between a top position and a bottom position. An end of a shovel maneuvering jack (11) is articulated around a first transversal axle (AX2) situated in a front of a second transversal axle (AX1). An end (13) of a rod (12) is articulated on a third transversal axle (AX3) situated between the first and second axles. The rod is articulated on another end of the jack by a bent intermediate region (17), where the rod comprises another end (14) by which the rod is connected to the shovel by an articulated rod (16). The shovel is engaged with the container through the opening when the shovel is in the bottom position.
