PURPOSE: An earthquake-proof reinforcement device for a pre-installed column with a polygonal cross-section, an earthquake-proof reinforcement structure, and an earthquake-proof reinforcement method are provided to be rapidly applied on a pre-installed column installed in a subway. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-proof reinforcement device for a pre-installed column with a polygonal cross-section comprises a spacer member and an L-shaped steel plate(20). The spacer member is vertically installed on both walls of each edge of a pre-installed column(1) having a polygon section. The L-shaped steel plate is vertically installed on the outside of the spacer member installed at each edge.
