PURPOSE: A financial data electronic verification system and a method thereof are provided to process verification remotely by processing all process of requesting, issuing, and custody on line. CONSTITUTION: An enterprise terminal(10) offers the services including retrieving and printing of financial statement verification document as well as the analysis of the financial statement. A requesting entity server(20) requests the issuing of financial statement verification document by sending an agreement on using information to a financial data electronic verification server.
