PURPOSE: A device and a method for spreading sand on water are provided to remarkably reduce time and costs required for a spreading work. CONSTITUTION: A method for spreading sand on water is as follows. Dredged soil, non-woven fabric, and waterproof vinyl are spread in order to prevent a water leak(S5). Seawater is supplied to a reclaimed land(S2). A PET mat is spread on the dredged soil layer(S6). Sand is spread on the surface of the seawater using a sand spreading device(S3). The sand spreading device is drawn out. The seawater is drained to outside the reclaimed land(S4). |
