PURPOSE: A micro chemical analysis apparatus, a method for measuring thereof and sampling apparatus for obtaining target sample are provided to improve the accuracy of a sample to be tested by generating analysis data based on the signal from sensors. CONSTITUTION: A liquid controller(3) controls the liquid accepted within a micro cassette(1). A detection unit(4) detects signal from a micro cassette. A data processing unit(5) generates analysis data from a detected signal through the detection unit. A memory unit(53) stores the analysis data. An output unit(6) outputs the analysis data from the data processing unit.
