The bracket (9) has a mounting portion (11) comprising a U-shaped fixing unit for fixing a sheet raceway element. The fixing unit has a retaining member in the form of a hook (19) placed on a side of a fixing portion (10) and engaged in an opening of the element. The fixing unit has a foldable tab (20) placed on a side of a free end (13) of the mounting portion, where the tab belongs to the bracket or the element. The tab is engaged in another opening of the element or the bracket. The tab is folded on a corresponding edge of the latter opening so as to immobilize the raceway element.
