PURPOSE: A reinforced compression terminal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve the electric connection failure resulting from the deformation of a connection portion by fabricating the terminal through the use of a hollow pipe. CONSTITUTION: A hollow metal pipe is cut at a predetermined length through a cutting device, and a cut member is softened through thermal processing. A connection unit(120) is pressed through a press device, and one end of the connection unit is cut through the press device. The fastening portion of the connection unit is punched, and a connection hole(130) is formed at the central portion of the connection unit. A terminal(100) is fabricated.
