PURPOSE: A sliding door assembly is provided to automatically open and close a door and to reduce working shock and working noise due to opening/closing operation. CONSTITUTION: A sliding door assembly(1) comprises a door sash(100), a door(200), an elastic closing portion, and a shock absorbing portion. The door sash is formed with an opening(110). The door sash comprises hanger rails(120,130,140) and a side sash(160). The hanger rail is placed on the top of the opening. The side sash is placed on both sides of the opening. The door comprises hanger rollers(210,220,230) and plate-shaped partial doors(240,250,260). The hanger roller slides along the hanger rail. The plate-shaped partial doors are coupled with the hanger roller. The plate-shaped partial door opens and closes the opening according to slide movement. The elastic closing portion elastically presses the door. |
