PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a transparent plate are provided to improve the production efficiency of a solar cell module by increasing incident light to a solar cell by re-inputting light from a non-generation region to a generation region. CONSTITUTION: A transparent member(40) protects a plurality of solar cells. A first reflection preventing unit is positioned on the non-generation region of the transparent member facing the non-generation region of the solar cell module. A frame(60) receives a plurality of solar cells, the protection layer, and the transparent member.
