PURPOSE: A method for preparing a handmade bean-curd is provided to maintain nutrition and taste of pure soybean-curd whey. CONSTITUTION: Soy bean is selected and cleaned, and the cleaned soy bean is swollen. The swollen soy bean is crushed and the crushed soy bean is firstly filtered. The filtered soy bean is boiled. The boiled soy bean is secondly filtered, and natural magnesium chloride is added to the filtered soy bean and is solidified. The solidified soy bean is placed on a support member in a soft cloth so that water is get out of the cloth. |
