PURPOSE: A cosmetics manufacturing device is provided to increase user convenience by being easily manufactured and used. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetics manufacturing device comprises: a frame(106) which protrudes from the rear portion of an upper base(103) in the lower direction by making a lower supporter(102) protrude from the rear portion of a lower base(101) in the upper direction and enables the hinge-coupling of an upper supporter(104); a container placing recess(107) which is formed at a central position of the lower base in a recess shape; a heating unit which is installed at an upper portion of the container placing recess; and a string impeller(111) which is installed at an output shaft of a driving unit and stirs the raw materials inside the container.
