PURPOSE: An alkaloid-enriched corn silk and a manufacturing method thereof in which an alkaloid component is strengthened are provided to supply the manufacturing method improving the alkaloid component in order to give influence to diuretic action be to the utmost leached in the water. CONSTITUTION: A corn silk is baptized. By using the yeast, the corn silk which is baptized is fermented(S110). The pressurized steam is added to the corn silk fermenting. The press is added to the corn silk adding the pressurized steam. The corn silk compressed is freeze-dried. The fermentation enforces at a temperature of 30~40 degrees for 24~48 hours. The roller of a soft type increases the compression step.
