<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable fixing structure that easily and stably fixes a cable without rotating the cable to thereby reduce working man-hours, and to provide a cable fixing structure that easily grounds an electronic circuit mounted on a printed board and a coaxial cable to thereby reduce the number of manufacturing and working man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: A cable fixing structure includes a cable clamp 2 and a base 3. The cable clamp 2 has a cable gripping section 21 for gripping a cable 1, a claw 22 that can be engaged with the base 3, and a positioning section 23 for determining the fixing position to the base 3.
