<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle including an airbag device capable of suppressing increase of the number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: The motorcycle 10 includes seat rails 18L, 18R on a rear part of a vehicle body frame 12, and an occupant seat 71 having a front end part 83 obliquely upwardly inclined toward a front side of the vehicle is placed on the seat rails 18L, 18R. An airbag module 82 fixed by an airbag mounting stay 81 upwardly extending from the vehicle body frame 12 and storing an airbag 101 is arranged at a front side of the occupant seat 71.
