<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output filter capable of lowering a voltage applied to a common-mode choke used for a common-mode filter of the output filter and achieving miniaturization by reducing the number of turns of a winding for the common-mode choke, and to provide a power converter. <P>SOLUTION: The output filter 107 includes: a neutral-point changer-over 104 composed of bi-directional semiconductor switches S1 and S3 connected in series with the positive side and negative side of a DC bus and the bi-directional semiconductor switch S2 connected in series between the neutral point (n) of the DC bus and an output phase of an inverter 108 for the power converter; the common-mode filter 103 connecting a return end to the neutral point (n); and a voltage-vector detector 105. In the output filter 107, the neutral-point change-over 104 changes over the bi-directional semiconductor switches S1, S3, and S2 on the basis of the switching state of a semiconductor switching element detected by the voltage-vector detector 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
