<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring composition for forming a filter segment and black matrix that has high linearity and an excellent cross-sectional shape even when it has high sensitivity in a laser exposure system of a specific wavelength, a method of manufacturing a color filter using the coloring composition, and a color filter manufactured by the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This coloring composition on which a coloring coating film is exposure-drawn by radiating a laser beam of a wavelength of 340-380 nm, and that has at least a coloring material, a transparent resin, a monomer containing ethylenically unsaturated double bond, a photopolymerization initiator, and a polymerization inhibitor. The transparent resin is a copolymer resin containing 5-35 mass% of methyl (meth)acrylate to 100% of total mass of copolymerized raw material compound, and the mass average molecular weight of the copolymer resin is 8,000-15,000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
