PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable it to request a user to remove electronic equipment from a charger by quickly informing the user of completion of charging when charging the electronic equipment is completed, even if the user is away from a place where the charger is placed. SOLUTION: Chargers 2A-2C inform a portable telephone terminal 1, through a short-range radiocommunication, that charging the electronic equipment 3A-3C is completed, when charging the electronic equipment 3A-3C is completed. The portable telephone terminal 1 informs the user of completion of charging and requests the user to remove the electronic equipment from the charger by an indication on display, speech output, or vibrator vibration, etc. on receiving the information of charging completion through the short-range radiocommunication from the charger.
