PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the removability of the discharge product of a cleaning member the surface of which is made of cloth. SOLUTION: A cleaner (CLk) includes the cleaning member (2) which includes an outer surface (2c) made of plain woven cloth and comes into contact with a rotating body to be cleaned (Pk), to clean the surface of the body to be cleaned (Pk).
