PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure cylinder and a pipe fixing structure each reduced in size and weight. SOLUTION: The pipe fixing structure 3 is provided for fixing a pipe 4 to a cylinder tube 2. It includes a band 10 wound to an outer peripheral face 2a of the cylinder tube 2 and fixed thereto, the band 10 having a plate-shaped band body 10b wound to the outer peripheral face 2a of the cylinder tube 2, and pairs of flanges 11 bent from both ends of the band body 10b and protruded from the outer peripheral face 2a of the cylinder tube 2 both of which are integrally formed by pressing work, and a bracket 20 joined to the band 10 for seating the pipe 4, the bracket 20 having a pair of leg plates 20a joined to the flanges 11, a top plate 20b for joining the leg plates 20a to each other, and a seating portion 20d opened over the leg plates 20a and the top plate 20b for seating the pipe 4 all of which are integrally formed by pressing work.
