PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a crossing brace 3, an arm lock 13 and a protective bar 4 for the prevention of fall of a worker to a pin 2 for attachment which is protrusively provided on a support 1 of a building frame by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This protective bar includes a pipe-like bar body 5 which crosses an approximately triangular air gap C formed below the crossing brace 3, and bar body attachment pieces 6 which are fixed to both ends of the bar body 5, respectively. Flat tubular caulking fixation portions 7 are formed at both ends of the pipe-like bar body 5, respectively, plate-like caulked portions 8 which can be fitted to the caulking fixation portions 7 are formed in the bar body attachment pieces 6, and both the caulking fixation portion 7 and the plate-like caulked portion 8 of the attachment piece 6 are fixed to each other by applying caulking fixation finishing throughout both the portions in a state that the plate-like caulked portions 8 are fit to the caulking fixation portions 7 both the ends of the pipe-like bar body 5.
