PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk shaped rotating cutting blade of a food cutter which is used for cutting a hard-to-cut food such as cultivated mushroom, meat, ham, onion and paste made from a starch from the devil's tongue, and in which the cutting blade is not broken, a production cost of the disk shaped cutting blade is reduced, and the food is safely and assuredly cut. SOLUTION: In the disk shaped cutting blade of the cutter for the food, a disk shaped metal plate is formed with a single material of extremely thin stainless steel with a thickness dimension of 0.005 to 0.1 mm, and a cutting edge is not applied to an outer peripheral edge part of the disk shaped metal plate.
