PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder press. SOLUTION: A powder press 1 has: a die 2; at least one die cavity 3 arranged within the die 2; a filling device 4 for a powder 5 to be pressed; at least one upper side press punch 6; and at least one lower side press punch 7. In the powder press 1, while each lower side press punch 7 is shiftably arranged in the die cavity 3, at least one lower side press punch 7 is shiftable between a lower side excess filling position and an upper side filling position, and a scraper/leveller unit 8 is connected to the filling device 4 linearly shiftable on a die upper surface 2a.
