Systems and methods for providing remote monitoring services are described here. In one aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure include a method for remotely monitoring a mobile vehicle. The method, which may be embodied on a system, includes detecting an occurrence of a triggering event in or near the mobile vehicle via a surveillance device installed with the mobile vehicle, upon the occurrence of the triggering event, receiving, in real time, data including a live recording of an environment surrounding the mobile vehicle and events occurring therein, tracking, in real time, locations of the mobile vehicle, notifying a service subscriber of the occurrence of the triggering event, and/or billing the service subscriber for subscription of remote monitoring of the mobile vehicle. |
