The present invention relates to novel anti-obesity external dermal agent compositions, and more particularly, to anti-obesity external dermal agent compositions containing capsaicin or capsaicin-like compounds as active ingredients. The anti-obesity external dermal agent compositions containing capsaicin or capsaicin-like compounds according to the present invention stimulate the metabolism of the body to decompose the fat cells of subcutaneous fat, and inhibit body fat accumulation to reduce hypertrophy of fatty tissues, thus eventually reducing weight and efficiently preventing and improving obesity. In addition, the anti-obesity external dermal agent compositions containing capsaicin or capsaicin-like compounds according to the present invention exhibit excellent anti-obesity effects when simply applied to the skin, which enables convenient use and can be used in pharmaceutical compositions and cosmetic compositions which can be directly applied to the skin.
