PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening detection label which does not require time and effort to be peeled off when a cooler box for delivery is collected and reused. SOLUTION: An opening detection label 1 is constituted of: a label base material 2; a peeling seal 3 stuck to the surface of the label base material 2 via a pseudo-adhesive layer 7; and peeling paper 4 stuck to the rear surface of the label base material 2 via an adhesive layer 8, and functions as an opening detection part by peeling of the peeling seal 3 from the label base material 2, wherein the label base material 2 functions as a slit having a cash value by information 5 printed on the surface of the base material 2.
