A roofing system (1) for a roof (2) including panels (3) made of copper arranged in use adjacent to one another in a direction of extension of a pitch (4) of the roof, and at least one dismantleable jointing device (14) including: a first longitudinal side (10) and a second longitudinal side (11), opposite to one another, of the adjacent panels (3); a plurality of brackets (15) engaging by snap action in a number of points (Pl, P2) the first and second sides (10, 11) of each pair of adjacent panels (3), which are coupled by superposition; and fastening means (16) for fastening the brackets to the pitch.
