<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system supporting increase of contact points between a user and a person in charge while reducing burden of the person in charge in a company such as a bank. <P>SOLUTION: When an access request receiving part 110 receives an access request from a user terminal 200, a person in charge decision part 120 identifies a person in charge dealing the user. A processing flow execution part 130 executes a person in charge processing flow to transmits a response to the user terminal 200 on behalf of the person in charge. The person in charge processing flow is a standard processing flow wherein standard processing is defined, and a part of part programs, wherein execution order of a plurality of part programs is defined, of the standard processing flow is replaced with another part program for the specified person in charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
