摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a campaign evaluation method and system for precisely evaluating effects of new subscription campaign using effects of word-of-mouth advertising about a communication service. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring part 31 measures a shift concerning the number N of users and a traffic amount T after a campaign is launched. A model storage part 32 stores a function which models an increase in the traffic amount T with respect to an increase in the number N of users. A campaign evaluation part 33 evaluates effects of the campaign on the basis of whether or not the increase in the traffic amount T with respect to the increase in the measured number N of users fits the model. A campaign review part 34 requests the campaign server 2 to review the campaign on the basis of the evaluation result. In the system, the campaign evaluated as being effective is automatically extended or reinforced, whereas reviewing is requested so that one evaluated not being effective is automatically extended, contracted or stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
